Summer Driver Education

The Summer Driver Education session dates have been changed. The dates are: May 28th, 29th, 30th and June 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th from 10:00AM – 2:00PM. The cost for the session is $250.00 cash or money order ONLY. Students must be 15 years old to enroll AND the class will be limited to 20 students ONLY.

Letters are being mailed out during the week of 5/6/13-5/10/13 to students who may need to consider opting out of the LA Core IV Curriculum in order to complete graduation requirements for next school year. If your student does not receive a letter and desires to opt out anyway, please contact Ms. Barnes at the school to set up an appointment.

Qualifying to 2013 Junior Olympic Nationals in Portland, Oregon. Jacob participated 2013 Regionals held in Springfield, MO. Placed 10th on floor, 15th in the all-around out of 30 plus other competitors.

On Saturday, March 23, 35 Northwood students attended the North Louisiana Literary Rally at Tech. They did a great job. 23 of our students placed. 21 of our students qualified to participate in the State Literary Rally on April 20.
